HB 1690 - DIGEST

     Provides that the superintendent of public instruction shall not request that school districts annually report information on the sources of revenue for specific school district programs.

     Deletes the requirement for a fingerprint check of employees and makes it permissive.

     Authorizes local superintendents to develop policies regarding the use of corporal punishment.

     Deletes the requirement that school employees receive training in AIDS.

     Repeals RCW 28A.150.300, 28A.335.210, and 28A.225.320.
