     Revises registration requirements for sellers of travel.

     Requires a consumer to be furnished a written disclosure statement.

     Revises the authority of DOL to revoke or suspend a registration.

     Creates a joint legislative task force on the sale of travel services for recommendations by December 1, 1996.

     Repeals RCW 19.138.055.
