     Authorizes the county auditor's office to retain a list or brochures of public and private community resources that provide premarital compatibility counseling.

     Requires one of the parties to be present at the hearing before a dissolution decree can be issued.

     Authorizes an order to the parties to attend a parenting seminar if they have minor or dependent children, unless attendance would not be in the best interest of the child.
