HB 1804 - DIGEST

     Declares that a vehicle owned or leased by a governmental entity is not an "underinsured motor vehicle" as defined in RCW 48.22.030, unless the entity is unable to satisfy a claim because of financial inability.

     Establishes the procedures and requirements to recover benefits under RCW 48.22.030.
