HB 1806 - DIGEST

     Provides for a pilot program of educational advancement grants to economically disadvantaged families to be used for tuition and other education costs at both public and approved private schools.

     Provides for twenty grants in Seattle and Tacoma and ten in Spokane each year.

     Requires reports on the impacts of the program.
