(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Establishes a policy advisory committee to provide advice to the legislature and department on actions to more effectively implement the model toxics control act.

     Requires a preliminary report by December 1, 1995.

     Requires the selection of two pilot projects by October 1, 1995, and a status report on the projects by March 31, 1996.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
