HB 1837-S.E - DIGEST

     Revises the distribution formula from the water quality account.

     Requires the department to enter into an extended grant contract for the prevention and mitigation of water pollution to the federally designated sole source aquifer in the Spokane Rathdrum Prairie.

     Requires the contract to provide five million dollars annually and shall terminate June 30, 2010.

     Repeals RCW 70.146.080.
