HB 1839-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Provides a mechanism for assisting mobile home tenants to relocate to suitable alternative sites when the mobile home park, or any portion thereof, in which they reside is closed or converted to another use.

     Affirms the existence of the mobile home park relocation fund.

     Deletes the marine operating fund and adds the mobile home park relocation fund in RCW 43.84.092.

     Repeals some provisions of chapter 59.21 RCW.
