HB 1850 - DIGEST

     Establishes a set of conditions under which an investigation or interrogation of a law enforcement officer must be conducted.

     Prohibits any requirement for an officer to disclose information about income, assets, or debts except in cases where a possible conflict of interest is being investigated.

     Requires an officer who has been involved in the use of deadly force to be provided the right to consult an attorney prior to giving a statement.
