HB 1897 - DIGEST

     Calls for the development of twelve standard plans, four each for elementary school facilities, middle school facilities, and high school facilities.

     Creates an advisory committee to help develop the plans.

     Provides that schools that do not use the standard plans shall have their allotted funds reduced by the amount spent by the school district for architectural design fees.
