HB 1912 - DIGEST

     Designates the types of tasks which may be delegated to nursing assistants, and those which may not be delegated.

     Directs the state nursing care quality assurance commission to develop a model informed consent form for nurses to use regarding the delegation process.

     Requires a report on nurse delegation by December 1997.
