HB 1922-S.E - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Prohibits the operation of an excursion service over the waters of this state without first obtaining a certificate of public convenience and necessity as provided in RCW 81.84.010.

     Provides that chapter 81.84 RCW does not apply to vessels providing charter or cruise service.

     Exempts cruise services aboard historic or replica ships.
