     Revises provisions relating to implied consent and administrative revocation of driver's licenses.

     Enhances criminal sanctions.

     Makes additional technical amendments.

     Repeals RCW 46.20.309, 46.20.365, 46.61.5051, 46.61.5052, 46.61.5053, and 46.61.5057.
