HB 1964-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Deletes the requirement that a second copy of an accident report be forwarded to the department of licensing.

     Requires the state patrol to give the department full access to the report.

     Authorizes the release of a certified abstract of a driving record to determine if a licensee should be employed to operate a commercial vehicle or school bus.

     Requires the agreement of the employee prior to release of the information.
