HB 1976 - DIGEST

     Authorizes a three percent admissions tax on events in county-owned stadiums with a seating capacity of over forty-five thousand.

     Requires the revenues to be used only for repairs, maintenance, and improvements of the stadium.

     Revises the authority for special excise taxes on lodging.
