HB 1990-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that the benefits under RCW 43.43.260, 43.43.270, and 43.43.275 shall not be less than five hundred dollars per month if the member has completed twenty-five years of service.

     Directs the joint committee on pension policy to study the benefits provided to surviving spouses of retirees of the state patrol for a report to the 1997 legislature.
