     Declares a need to conduct a preliminary analysis on the infrastructure and logistic needs necessary for the Pacific Northwest region to host a summer Olympic Games.

     Makes appropriations of ninety thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

     Requires an equal match of the appropriation by the port of Seattle.
