HB 2004-S - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 2ND SUB)

     Directs the department of natural resources to immediately act to resolve the forest health situation in the Loomis forest.

     Requires efforts to obtain maximum value for the timber.

     Makes an appropriation of six hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
