HB 2009-S - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 4TH SUB)

     Transfers designated functions to the department of community, trade, and economic development for use by a private nonprofit corporation.

     Deletes references to the state energy office in statutes.

     Makes appropriations to the department of community, trade, and economic development to carry out the purposes of the act.

     Repeals provisions of chapters 43.21F, 39.35, and 39.35C RCW.

     Repeals RCW 41.06.081.
