     Transfers designated functions to the department of community, trade, and economic development for use by a private nonprofit corporation.

     Transfers designated functions to the department of general administration.

     Transfers designated functions to the department of transportation.

     Transfers designated functions to the military department.

     Deletes references to the state energy office in statutes.

     Repeals RCW 70.94.537, 70.94.541, 44.06.081, 39.35C.070, and 39.35C.080.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 43.21F RCW.
