     Provides an exemption to the Washington clean air act for fire training to fight aircraft crash rescue fires.

     Limits the number of fires to the minimum necessary to meet federal training requirements and requires notification to fire districts and air pollution control authorities.

     Expires July 1, 1998, or when the North Bend training facility is available.
