HB 2104 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the display of any matter or live performance that is harmful to minors for the purpose of sexual contact or gratification of the perpetrator or a third party.

     Makes a violation a class B felony offense.

     Repeals provisions of chapters 9.68 and 9.68A RCW.
