HB 2105 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the secretary of state to propose an alternate date for the state presidential primary.

     Establishes procedures for the approval of the date and for the conduct of the primary.

     Prescribes procedures for the allocation of state delegates to the national nominating committee.

     Repeals RCW 29.19.040, 29.19.050, and 29.19.060.
