(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Establishes requirements for the signing and filing of petitions.

     Directs the county auditor to review signatures on initiative and referendum petitions in code cities and cities with a commission form of government.

     Establishes a common format for petitions.

     Repeals RCW 35.16.020.
