HB 2141 - DIGEST

     Authorizes counties to establish an audit committee to develop and maintain an internal and external audit system.

     Designates the membership of the committee.

     Authorizes counties to adopt an ordinance or resolution providing for a biennial budget.

     Authorizes counties to adopt a policy for supplemental appropriations as a result of unanticipated funds from local revenue sources.
