HB 2159 - DIGEST

     Declares that a minor may not be in a public place between the hours of twelve midnight and 5:00 a.m., which shall be a class 4 civil infraction.

     Provides some exceptions to the rule.

     Declares that an owner or operator who allows a minor to be on the premises in violation of the act is guilty of a misdemeanor offense.
