HB 2160 - DIGEST

     Provides that a person who drives a vehicle after his or her license has been permanently revoked is guilty of a gross misdemeanor, and is guilty of a class C felony for subsequent violations.

     Prohibits the issuance of vehicle registrations or license plates to a person who has had a license to drive revoked.

     Prohibits the sale, lease, or rental of a vehicle to a person who has had a license to drive revoked.
