(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares an intent that after a marina has been constructed, further hydraulic project review and approval not be required for regular maintenance of the facility, including the periodic dredging of materials necessary to restore the marina to the dimensions established in the initial hydraulic project approval.

     Authorizes a renewable, five-year permit to perform the maintenance.

     Requires a fourteen day notice to the department of fish and wildlife prior to starting any work on the marina.
