HB 2210 - DIGEST

     Revises RCW 82.04.255 and 82.04.290 to provide reductions in the business and occupation tax.

     Increases the tax credit for creation of employment positions from one thousand to two thousand dollars per each new position.

     Authorizes a new tax credit for the value of state-approved, employer-provided or sponsored job training services designed to enhance the job-related performance of employees.

     Requires submission of the act to the people for adoption or rejection at the next general election.
