     Includes vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in the felony punishment provisions of RCW 9.94A.120, 9.94A.150, and 9.94A.400.

     Provides that the revocation of a driver's license shall be tolled during any period of confinement for vehicular homicide or vehicular assault.

     Increases the penalty for vehicular homicide from a class B to a class A felony.

     Increases the penalty for vehicular assault from a class C to a class B felony.

     Requires an offender to be sentenced to community placement for up to two years.

     Requires separate charges for each victim of a vehicular homicide or vehicular assault, which shall contribute to the offender's criminal history score.

     Prohibits the destruction of records of convictions of RCW 46.61.520 and 46.61.522 and requires the records to be kept permanently on file.
