HB 2232 - DIGEST

     Declares that RCW 34.05.322 does not apply to:  The commissioner of public lands, the department of social and health services, the department of ecology, the department of agriculture, the department of health, the department of revenue, the department of licensing, the department of labor and industries, the employment security department, the forest practices board, the fish and wildlife commission, and the office of the insurance commissioner.

     Takes effect January 1, 1999.
