HB 2250 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires institutions and the state board for community and technical colleges to submit any supplemental budget requests to the higher education coordinating board at the same time they are submitted to the office of financial management.

     Requires the board to submit recommendations to OFM by November 1st and to the legislature by January 1st.
