HB 2300 - DIGEST

     Specifies conditions to be met to attend any nonsectarian private school in the student's school district.

     Places a percentage limitation on the number of students who may participate in the program.

     Designates the appropriate amounts of payment to the parents and ultimately to the private schools.

     Requires a comprehensive evaluation of the program by November 1, 1999.
