HB 2305 - DIGEST

     Designates the conditions which may be imposed on persons applying for permits under RCW 75.20.100 or 75.20.103.

     Revises the regulatory duties of state agencies with regard to hydraulic projects with flood damage control benefits.

     Directs the agencies to actively seek to encourage through permit requirements the removal of accumulated materials from rivers and streams where there is a measurable flood damage reduction benefit.
