(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Revises RCW 9.94A.120 to require all offenders sentenced to terms of community supervision to obey all criminal laws.

     Requires confinement time for violations to be served consecutively with the time for the new felony.
