HB 2348 - DIGEST

     Establishes procedures for an application for mediation and for notification to other affected landowners.

     Provides for the selection of a special master to mediate the dispute.

     Calls for informal hearings.

     Authorizes the special master to make a recommendation on the denial or conditioning of the development permit, if mediation is unsuccessful.

     Limits the process to no longer than one hundred sixty-five days after the filing of an application.
