HB 2354 - DIGEST

     Declares that the purposes of this act are to: (1) Apply the same restrictions on giving gifts to elected officials, officers, and employees of local governments that apply to the giving of gifts to state officials and employees; and (2) require persons who lobby local governments to report their lobbying activities to the public disclosure commission to the same extent and in the same manner as persons who lobby the legislature report their lobbying activities.
