     Revises RCW 7.68.035 to increase penalty assessments to support crime victim and witness programs.

     Increases the amount to be deposited into the county fund to support the programs.

     Directs the office of crime victims advocacy to report on the collection of assessments and the utilization of the funds.

     Extends the time limit for applications for benefits.

     Increases burial benefits.
