(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that gasoline vapor recovery devices may only be required at a service station under designated circumstances.

     Does not prohibit DOE or a local authority from requiring a recovery device as part of the regulation of sources as provided in RCW 70.94.152, 70.94.331, 70.94.141, or 42 U.S.C. Section 7412.
