     Revises RCW 77.16.020 to clarify wildlife violations relating to game birds, game animals, and game fish.

     Revises RCW 77.08.010 relating to the definitions of open seasons and closed seasons.

     Declares an intent to clarify hunting and fishing laws in light of the decision in State v. Bailey, 77 Wn. App. 732 (1995).
