HB 2439 - DIGEST

     Directs the citizens' commission on campaign finance to study the campaign finance practices, laws on campaign finance, and the effects of these laws, issue periodic reports on these laws, and propose legislation altering campaign finances to the legislature.

     Increases the appropriation for the public disclosure commission by fifty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
