     Makes technical revisions to provisions relating to domestic violence.

     Specifies the crime of interference with the reporting of domestic violence, a gross misdemeanor offense.

     Clarifies the penalties for violation of no-contact and protection orders.

     Provides a class C felony offense for a violation of a protection order if the defendant has at least two prior convictions for violations of protection orders.

     Authorizes exceptional sentences for domestic violence situations.

     Requires annual reports on the number of violations of protection or no contact orders, if specific appropriations are authorized.
