(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes a property owner to petition the assessor for a reduction in the assessed value of the property at any time within three years of adoption of a restriction by a governmental entity.

     Authorizes a revalue of the property if the taxpayer produces proof of a definitive change and the taxpayer and assessor sign an agreement on the true and fair value of the property.
