HB 2500 - DIGEST

     Authorizes employers to temporarily utilize a retirement incentive program if it is encountering one or more of the specified conditions.

     Designates the types of early retirement programs which may be offered. 

     Prohibits the employment of an early retiree in an eligible position or, for two years following retirement, entering into a personal services contract with the employer.
