HB 2521 - DIGEST

     Declares that work release facilities may not be located in any primarily residential area.

     Prohibits counties and cities from passing an ordinance that forbids the location of a work release facility within their boundaries.

     Allows counties and cities to require that the facilities meet fire, safety, health, and building codes.
