(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares that an irrigation district may enter into a mutual aid agreement with any other irrigation district to provide emergency assistance to respond to a breach or other failure of an irrigation water conveyance system.

     Authorizes some districts to designate a person other than the county treasurer to act as treasurer of the district.
