HB 2549 - DIGEST

     Revises RCW 84.52.065 to reduce the state property tax annually until 2002 when no tax may be levied thereafter.

     Amends RCW 84.52.050 to reduce the aggregate of all tax levies annually until 2002 when the percentage of the true and fair value of the property shall be set at 0.64 percent.

     Revises RCW 84.55.010 to reduce the levy limitation to one hundred three percent of the amount lawfully levied in the highest of the three most recent years.
