HB 2572 - DIGEST

     Requires the owners, operators, performers, and managers of a sexually oriented business to obtain a business license.

     Establishes criminal penalties for violations of the act.

     Establishes procedures and requirements to obtain the business license.

     Requires the business to permit inspection of the premises by city or county officials.

     Establishes procedures for the suspension or revocation of a  business license.
