HB 2602 - DIGEST

     Assesses a fine of twenty-five dollars in addition to the regular penalties for a violation of RCW 46.61.502, 46.61.504, 46.61.520, or 46.61.522 for the purpose of providing services to persons disabled by traumatic brain injuries.

     Creates a brain injury trust fund advisory board.
