HB 2615 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Declares that an amount equal to forty percent of the proceeds of this tax shall be distributed to a city for each sale of real property within its corporate limits or distributed to the county for each sale of real property within the unincorporated area of the county.

     Provides that moneys distributed under this section shall be used solely for financing capital projects as defined in RCW 82.46.010(6).
